Emma completed a GNVQ and gained a Merit. Then worked in the retail industry where she attained an NVQ in ‘Customer Service’. She then moved into the business environment, still in a customer service role, face to face and dealt professionally with all office administration, phone enquiries and client issues.
Emma gained more experience in an important busy Business Centre both at reception and management level. Emma has always maintained a high level of commitment to customer satisfaction and currently gives first class support and service to MortonConnolly’s Operations function, the Senior Consultants and Advisors but most importantly, its clients.
