Paul Morton, Managing Director
Paul has held Senior Management positions at a number of Blue Chip companies that have included: Tesco, Dexion-Comino International, Robert Bosch and JCB Excavators. He gained MBA distinction for ‘Best Dissertation’ at Nottingham University. Set up a successful Marketing business and then moved into search & select 15 years ago, during which time, has helped a wide range of Senior Professionals who have regained their confidence and successfully achieved their long term career goals.

John S. Connolly, Managing Consultant & Director
John has 30 years experience at senior management levels in Finance, Recruitment and Business Development. He started in the recruitment industry 25 years ago as the co-founder of ARC Recruitment. After 10 years became MD following a successful buy-out and grew the business to an eleven office operation. During this period he moved the company from basic recruitment to Search & Select and specific Head Hunting mainly in the 75K plus market.
