‘Thank you for reappraising what I want from my work (as opposed to what I expected). I am now working 3 days per week as a Project Manager for an engineering company just 15 minutes drive from my home. Although this has cut my earnings, I find that less money, but more time, gives me a much more rewarding lifestyle. I now have time with my family and more time on the things which interest me which have resulted in extra income'.
